These terms apply to cleaning services provided by Canada’s Chosen Cleaners.

Quotes & Pricing

Quotes are based on the information you provide. If the condition, size or scope of the space differs significantly from what was described, we will confirm any adjustment with you before proceeding.

Scheduling & Access

You are responsible for providing safe access to the property at the scheduled time. If we cannot access the property, the appointment may need to be rescheduled.

Cancellations

Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule so we can adjust our team’s route and offer the time to another customer.

Service Satisfaction

If something was missed, contact us promptly and we will work with you to make it right.

Payment

Payment terms are confirmed with your quote before service begins.
